Our 2026 Employee Engagement Survey is open July 13 – August 7
As UConn Health continues to grow and evolve, it is important that we understand the experiences of our workforce. The Employee Engagement Survey helps us better understand what is working well, where opportunities exist, and how we can continue building a workplace where everyone can thrive.
Whether you're sharing what you value most about working at UConn Health or identifying opportunities for improvement, your feedback helps shape the future of our organization.
The more employees who participate, the more accurately we can understand the employee experience and identify opportunities for improvement across UConn Health.
How to Take the Survey
Participating in the 2026 Employee Engagement Survey is easy. Eligible employees who are active, regular payroll employees with more than 90 days of service can complete the survey in one of three ways:
1. Check Your Email or Log In Directly
On July 13, eligible employees will receive a personalized survey invitation via email from Press Ganey. Simply click the unique survey link included in the message to begin.
2. Scan the QR Code
Starting July 13, use your mobile device to scan the QR code displayed on this page to access the survey directly.
3. Use a UConn Health Computer
Employees can also access the survey by selecting the "Employee Engagement Survey" shortcut available on any UConn Health computer.
Engagement Survey Pop-Up Series
This summer, join us each Wednesday during the Employee Engagement Survey for a series of pop-up events designed to bring our community together.
Whether you still need to complete your survey or are simply looking to connect with colleagues over your lunch break, each pop-up will feature food trucks, live music, and an opportunity to learn more about the 2026 Employee Engagement Survey. Survey stations with computers will be available at every location, making it quick and convenient to complete your survey on-site.

Please note that approximately 10 parking spaces will be blocked off in lot L5 for the vent in the lower campus. We encourage you to plan accordingly and allow extra time for parking.
Featured food trucks and musicians will vary each week, so there's something new to enjoy at every event. Check out Food Truck Menus here.
Food purchases are optional and are the responsibility of each employee. Food is not provided by UConn Health.
